With a robust background in business development and client service, Courtenay Wallach is instrumental in advancing the Ed Wallach Search Group’s mission and promoting the company’s overall revenue, profitability and growth.

Previously, as an account representative for Olsten Staffing Services, Courtenay established and serviced over 200 clients in the Montgomery County, Maryland territory—including selling an account which generated over one million dollars in revenue per year. Following detailed interviews and a thorough analysis of their skills, she matched qualified candidates with the needs of her clients.

Courtenay has also served as corporate sales manager at The Woodfin Suites Hotel where she was responsible for generating revenue and occupancy for the hotel by augmenting sales and maintaining corporate accounts. As a corporate leasing consultant for R&B Realty Group, she was accountable for the business development activities of six apartment complexes in the Greater Washington area.

She holds a B.A. in Journalism from The George Washington University.
