Meet the Team

Ed Wallach has 30 years of experience in all facets of the recruitment and placement of engineers, scientists, information technology professionals and other support personnel for the Defense and Intelligence communities. 

Previously, he ran Wallach Associates, Inc., where he was responsible for day-to-day operations, corporate relations and overall management. Leading a staff of 15 including sourcers, recruiters, account executives and support staff, Ed built strong relationships with internationally known leaders in the defense, space, and intelligence communities. In addition to handling business development and sales, he oversaw the technology integration and systems engineering of the company’s computer systems and networks. Prior to Wallach Associates, Ed was Vice President at StereoRama, Inc., a nationally recognized leader in custom mobile electronics applications and installations.

Ed serves on the board of directors of the Maryland Recruiters Association and was the Father/Daughter events Chair for the Lower School at The Holton-Arms School in Bethesda, MD for 4 years.

Ed holds a Bachelors Degree from Syracuse University and when not recruiting can often be heard screaming Let’s GO ORANGE!
