Mark Raker has over 35 years of managing federal business efforts with extensive focus on staffing and recruiting, program management, and business development.  His deep experience cuts across the DoD, IC and civilian agency spectrum, as well as public safety and homeland security needs for federal, state and local needs. He can find the right person, for the right job, at the right time.  

His private time includes long distance cycling and concert, landscape, and underwater photography.
